Instructions

1. Go to Google Cloud page and make sure you are logged in.
2. Follow these instructions -
   1. Create a project.
   2. Enable text-to-speech API and enable billing.
   3. Create a service account.
   4. Create a JSON key for your app and download the JSON file.
3. Upload the JSON file under AI Settings>Text to Speech.
