You can go to your chat dashboard and click on settings>miscellaneous> and set up office hours.

This can be done so that the chatbot will not be available outside of the office hours that you set up.

Blank values are considered out of office hours.

The hours are in UTC format. Your UTC is generated automatically when you click the field UTC offset below the Office Hours Setup field.
