Go to Chabots from Main Menu and Click on ADD Chatbot on top left corner.
1) Give your Bot a name
2) Describe the role of Chatbot
3) Create a Welcome Message
4) Create a Prompt for your chatbot (if you don't know how to create one, please check this article here - How to Create a Prompt?
5) Enter the Training data in text format. The bot will read this data and provide answers to chat users according to this data provided. It is optional. The bot will answer generally with the prompt only as well. This training data is specific to your business only.
6) Click Save.
